1.2 Please note that your use of and/or access to the Site is also subject to the terms and conditions applicable to certain member-specific services (defined below). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above terms, conditions and information and the terms and conditions applicable to that specific Member Service, the terms and conditions applicable to the specific Member Service shall prevail.
1.3 Customer Services are characterized by an exchange with the customer via email or whatsapp.
1.4 You acknowledge and agree that iitoo2 may amend the Terms at any time by posting the relevant amended and restated Terms on the Site. By continuing to use the Services or the Site, you agree that the amended Terms apply to you.

f) Transferring less than the amount stated on the product;
g) Distribute spam, mass email, chain letters or pyramid schemes on the Site;
h) Distribute viruses or any other technology that may harm iitoo2 and the Site, or the interests or property of other users;
i) contact the order department to give incorrect information
j) incur any liability to the Site or iitoo2.
2.5 iitoo2 reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to serve any customer who we reasonably believe is harmful, in breach of the Agreement, could result in any liability to iitoo2 or is otherwise inappropriate.

3. Purchases on the Site
3.1 You must access the site to make your purchase
3.2 Each Customer/Purchaser will be required to provide information about their order in accordance with the following procedure. Each Customer shall (a) Choose the product code and communicate it to customer service (b) Choose one of the cryptographic addresses Ether, Bitcoin, Litecoin (c) Transfer the amount corresponding to the products (d) Send a message to customer service containing
- your video transaction
- the value of the euro against the chosen crypto-currency
- the day of the transfer,
- the product code
- Your full address and host city
- Your e-mail address.
(e) Every Saturday you will receive a report of your order by e-mail.
3.3 The Customer agrees that all activities that take place in connection with his purchase. These include, sending e-mails using the customer's e-mail account or sending SMS.
4. Transactions between iitoo2 and the Buyers
4.1 Each Client understands and accepts that iitoo2 is not a traditional seller or merchant but allows Clients to invest their funds to have to purchase fitting-out products at 7 8 9 10 times cheaper than its actual price. Through the Site, what iitoo2 provides are identical products to those contained in the stores of its online partners.
4.2 Despite the Conditions, no physical relationship will be created between iitoo2 and any Buyer if a sale between the two parties has not been made or concluded.
4.3 The Customer hereby acknowledges that although iitoo2 does its best to provide Customers with accurate product information, and performs general checks, there are always risks associated with the conformity of the product purchased online. Therefore, we encourage you, the Customers of the Site, to verify the product on the main site of our partners.
4.4 DHgate shall not be liable in any way for any breach or transaction dispute, including, but not limited to, transaction disputes regarding the quality, safety, breach of warranty, legality or availability of the products or buyers' services and payment, as well as any intellectual property infringement by sellers.
4.5 Users (including Seller and Buyer) agree to release and hold harmless DHgate and its agents, affiliates, directors, officers, and employees from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages (including including, but not limited to, all actual, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any transactional dispute regarding the products, listing or information on the Site.
4.6 In order to help Buyers resolve and settle any transactional dispute effectively and efficiently, iitoo2 has established the "Transactional Dispute Handling Procedures". These procedures can be viewed on the Cancellation (/ Revocation) Policy page.
