Cancellation(/Revocation) Policy

1. Right of cancellation (/revocation)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation period

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you received your order.

3. Address

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us [(the Product Code/Product Name, your whatsapp contact and e-mail address)] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail to [email protected]). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

4. The cancellation period

In order to comply with the period of notice, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of termination before the expiration of the period of notice.

5. Effects of cancellation

If you revoke this agreement, we will refund all payments received by us from you immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the day on which we receive your notification of revocation of this agreement. We will use the same method of payment for the refund as you originally used for that transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not be charged for this refund.

6. Right of retention

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

7. Return of goods

You must return the goods before receiving your refund, without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day you notify us of your termination of this Agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14 day period has expired.

8. Return costs

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

9. Replacement of the value of the delivery of goods

You are only responsible for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
